We will keep our commitments to you now and in the future.
We accept, on an exclusive basis, only those search assignments that we can perform effectively, establishing at the onset the feasibility of the position specification. We assume the obligation to identify candidates deemed suitable by the client.
We work for and are compensated by client organizations only, not for or by job-seeking executives.
We work only on a retainer basis, being paid as assignments progress. Since we do not operate on a contingency arrangement, we are able to maintain independence of thought and action.
We do not reveal privileged communications received from client or candidate.
Our clients are our partners throughout the search. We maintain close communication during the search process and welcome input.
Our approach to recruiting has generated strong client relationships and repeat business.
